- The 10000ST series offers seamless knives made entirely of stainless steel. They are dishwasher safe and can be sterilized with hot water as well. Functional and stylish knives made of high quality steel.
- The handle is made entirely of hygienic stainless steel. The blade and the handle are forged from a single piece of steel, thus this knife is easy-to-wash and compatible with dishwasher, dish dryer and hot water sterilization.

Use & Care
- Remove the food from the blade with PH neutral dish soap and a sponge after each use. Rinse it well. Remove the moisture with a dry cloth and store it in a dry place.
- Even a high grade knife may deteriorate without proper care at the right time. When the knife can’t cut through tomatoes or pieces of chicken smoothly, it is time to sharpen it.
- Compatible with dishwasher and hot water sterilization.
