- The Damascus series is the Seki Magoroku’s bestselling series, offering knives with beautiful damascus patterns that resemble Japanese swords.
- Made of reinforced composite wood, the handle feels comfortable in your hand. This stylish triangular-shaped handle is made without using rivets for higher durability and water resistance.
- The blade and the handle are welded together with a bolster and polished, preventing potential damages caused by water or food accumulation.
- The Damascus patterns on the blade are created by hammering 32 layers of different steels. It has an excellent razor sharp edge retention. It is also easy to sharpen the blade.
- For both right-handed and left-handed. Compatible with left-handed users.
Use & Care
- Remove the food from the blade with PH neutral dish soap and a sponge after each use. Rinse it well. Remove the moisture with a dry cloth and store it in a dry place.
- Even a high grade knife may deteriorate without proper care at the right time. When the knife can’t cut through tomatoes or pieces of chicken smoothly, it is time to sharpen it.
